Landwerks Enterprises is a landscaping and property maintenance company serving commercial properties, developers, and homeowners across the Omaha metro. We handle the recurring work that keeps a property presentable and the heavier site work that reshapes the ground itself.
That range is the point. The same crew that handles grounds keeping, plantings, retaining walls, and mulch also runs concrete, grading, excavation, land clearing, and snow and ice mitigation. One point of contact, one standard of work, through every season.
Most of our work is commercial, but we take the same approach to every property we touch, whether it is a business that has to look right for its customers or a homeowner who wants the job done properly the first time.

Landwerks Enterprises began with a lifelong dream, to build an independent, professional company known for dependable service, quality workmanship, and the ability to take on challenging projects.
After more than 15 years in property maintenance and construction, founder Jakob Hummel saw an opportunity to give customers a higher level of service while building a company of his own. He wanted Landwerks to communicate clearly, take pride in its work, and stand behind the finished product.
In many ways, Landwerks is the realization of a childhood dream. Owning equipment, working outdoors, and building something meaningful from the ground up.
Founded in June 2025, Landwerks serves customers through property maintenance, landscaping, concrete, retaining walls, site work, grading, drainage, and snow removal. The company is proud of what it has accomplished and grateful for every customer who has trusted it with their property.
WHERE WE WORK
Serving the Omaha metro and the surrounding communities.
Landwerks works throughout the Omaha metro, including Bennington, Elkhorn, Gretna, La Vista, Papillion, Ralston, and Bellevue, and travels to Fremont, Wahoo, Lincoln, and Blair for larger projects.
